I help founders scale a business that is working, or save one that is stuck. I find the one constraint, fix it in order, and build the weekly rhythm that keeps it fixed.

I do not teach theory. I look at the numbers and decide what to do on Monday.

• Founded three companies. Sold one.
• Two of them reached ₹50Cr ARR.
• Raised ₹30Cr from investors.
